Does this need to be downloaded? Slow browser speed down at all? My computer is already slow at the moment, don’t want to hinder it any longer!

Good tool. I’m using another tool SEO for Firefox, developed by SEO Book which you might be interested.

Yup, SEOQuake is my first choice. It really works well. I like its Keyword Density Checker and brief look at various elements of SEO (you listed). SEOOpen and some other addons also has this but I myself recommend SEOQuake.

Great tool, I have used it for a long time. I’ve discovered another similar service: http://www.serpanalytics.com/ seems to be more powerful and doesn’t crash Google SERP while analysing.
